The first synth, October 11, has three choices associated with it. One of these quests brings you to Little Vegas, where you encounter a ranger hunting down synths. Result: Flab the Inhaler will give you money and a discount with the Bizarre merchants. He'll reward you and A Very Hostile Takeover will be complete. Once you've finished dealing with Knowes and his crew, return to Flab the Inhaler inside the Bizarre. Compared to the Monster Army battle siding with Knowes, you have fewer enemies to kill. Picking the Attack option will start a battle where you’ll have to fight Knowes and his crew. Otherwise, tell Knowes that Flab knows about the plan and you’re here to deal with them. If you change your mind and want to work with Knowes, there is still an option to do so. Upon entering inside, talk to Charley Knowes, and you’ll have a new option to side with the Monster Army instead. There will be a giant gorilla outside the hideout where Knowes is hiding with the Cartel. Once you reach the top, turn left toward the northwest corner of the map. Head outside the Bizarre and over to the old parking garage. Flab will offer you some money in advance to go kill Knowes instead. Choose to warn him about Knowes and the Cartel planning to take over the Bizarre. You’ll have a choice to give him some news he might be interested in. When you first get a call from Charley Knowes about wanting to take over the Bizarre, go to Flab the Inhaler inside. Also, depending on your decisions with Pareidolia Jones, the merchants may or may not return to the Bizarre. ![]() Depending on your Lockpicking skill, you can get into the safe regardless. Result: Charley Knowes will give you money and a keycard granting access to the safe in the hideout outside the Bizarre. This choice will complete A Very Hostile Takeover, and Knowes will ask you to follow him upstairs for your reward. Being shocked that the Rangers attacked the Bizarre, you can use a Kiss Ass (6) decision to prevent the Cartel from killing him and the other merchants. Shortly into starting a conversation with Knowes, Pareidolia Jones will come running out from the Warrens area. Once you’ve finished dealing with Flab the Inhaler and all the Monster Army enemies, return to the entrance of the Bizarre interior. After killing the group of Monster Army guards in the lobby, head toward Flab’s room for the final battle. A large group of Monster Army enemies will be prepared to attack you, while Flab the Inhaler hides in his room upstairs. When you arrive at the entrance, prepare for a fight upon immediately entering the Bizarre interior. His crew will go ahead and wipe out the guards at the entrance outside. If you’ve chosen to side with Knowes, tell him that you’re ready to take the Bizarre. This will be outside Charley Knowes’ hideout where he’s waiting for the Rangers to arrive. Head up top and cut left until you see a giant gorilla. Make your way to the area outside the Bizarre and return to the abandoned parking garage.
